Introduction

  • These are the rules for the Papa John’s Scottish Rugby Union Tartan Touch Promotion (2nd June 2023 – 9th July 2023).

How to enter the Promotion?

  • Entrants must order online using the code TARTANTOUCH and complete the order with an email address.
  • Entrants cannot enter the competition in-store or over the phone.
  • The entrant must have a valid email address.
  • The entrant must opt into marketing at the checkout otherwise, they won’t be entered into the competition.
  • By submitting their entry, the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding this competition.
  • Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
  • All entrants will automatically be placed into the competition to one of the following prizes:
    • X1 2022/2023 Signed Men’s Scottish Rugby Union Shirt.
    • X2 general admission tickets to watch any of the following matches:
      • Scotland vs Italy – 29th July 2023
      • Scotland vs France – 5th August 2023

  • Each unique discount code entitles the customer to 50% off pizza value when the spend is £30 or more.
  • Minimum spend does not include any products that already have a discount applied to them.
  • Ice creams and Papadillas are excluded from qualifying spend.
  • Minimum spend for delivery applies and may vary with store location.
  • You will be advised of the minimum spend when selecting your store.
  • The discount code associated with this promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
  • The discount code can be withdrawn without notice.
  • Promotion expires midnight 11:59pm on 9th July 2023.

Who can enter?

  • The promotion is open to anyone above the age of 18 in Scotland who completes an order using the redemption code and is registered to participate in any 2023 Tartan Touch event.
  • Employees of Papa Johns GB Ltd (the Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.

What is the closing date

  • The closing date eligible entries is 11:59pm on 9th July 2023.

How will the winner be chosen?

  • The winners for all prizes will be selected at random out of all eligible entries using a random generator.

How will the winner be notified?

  • The winners will be notified via their email registered with their corresponding order by an official Papa Johns email account.
  • The winners will have 5 days to respond to the email.
  • Proof of identity and age may be required.
  • In an event where the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of the notification of the winner the Promoter has the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve entry submission.

  • By entering the promotion, you are giving consent to use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this promotion.

Substitution of Prize

  • Substitution or transfer of the Prize by the winner is not permitted.
  • No other alternative prize is available, in whole or in part.

Brand Protection

  • The winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or any of the Associates into disrepute before, during or after this promotion.

  • The Promoter’s decision on all aspects of this promotion is final.
  • The Promoter has the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes has broken any of these rules.
