Introduction

• These are the rules for the Papa John’s Prize Draw to win a SPFL PPV (Pay-Per-View) Match Pass* for League 1 and 2 club fixtures on Saturday 6^th April 2021 AND/OR a free Papa John’s Big Match Bundle.
• * SPFL PPV Match Passes are subject to availability.

How to enter the Prize Draw?

• Enter via Facebook or Twitter and the Papa John’s UK website:
• 1. Follow @PapaJohnsUK or Like the Papa John’s Pizza (GB) Facebook page
• 2. Register at www.papajohns.co.uk/football/spfl
• When registering on the Papa John’s website, entrants will be asked for various details and to choose their club.
• Fans who have already previously registered their details at papajohns.co.uk/football/spfl will automatically be entered into the prize provided they have completed Step 1.
• By submitting their details, the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding this.

Prize Draw Terms

• One entry per user.
• Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.

Closing Date

• The closing date for entry into the draw is 11:59pm on Tuesday 30th March 2021.

The Prize

• The prize is one PPV Match Pass per winner AND/OR a Papa John’s Big Match Bundle.
• Winners are not entitled to both prizes.

Win a SPFL PPV Match Pass

• 40 x SPFL PPV Match Passes available as prizes – 4 x PPV Match Passes per League 1 and 2 club fixture on Saturday 6^th April 2021.
• Winners will only be given 1 x PPV Match Pass for their specified club, however this could be either a “home” or “away” game.
• Some PPV games may provide an “away team” commentary option, however this is not guaranteed.
• PPV Match Passes are only available for SPFL league matches where Pay-Per-View sales are in place.
• All fixtures are subject to change, please check the SPFL website for the most recent dates and timings.
• Winners will be bound by any additional terms set out by the relevant SPFL club in relation to their PPV service (including, amongst other things any terms of registration on club websites required to watch the fixture).
• If the entrant or winner is unable to watch the match, the prize cannot be transferred for use in respect of another match. If the entrant or winner is unable to watch the selected match, the prize is not applicable on any other day.

Who can enter?

• The Promotion is open to residents who participate from papajohns.co.uk in England, Wales and Scotland, aged 18 years or over.
• Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Employees of Papa John’s UK Ltd (the Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, or Scottish Profession Football League (“SPFL”) their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.

How will the winner be chosen?

• Participants who fulfil the competition criteria will be entered in a random prize draw.

How will the winner be notified?

• Winners of will be notified that they have won by Papa John’s (GB) Ltd via email within two working days of the draw.
• If a winner has won a free Papa John’s Big Match Bundle, the discount code will be included in the email . If the winner’s email does not include a code, it means they have won a PPV Match Pass only.
• The PPV match passes will then be provided to the winners by the individual SPFL club representatives directly at least 24 hours before their allocated match is scheduled to commence.
• Proof of identity and age may be required.

Post Promotion Publicity

• The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion with no further recompense.

Substitution of Prize

• Substitution or transfer of the prize by the winner is not permitted.
• No other alternative prize available, in whole or in part.

Your Privacy

• By entering the Prize Draw, you are giving consent to use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this promotion, including sharing contact details with the relevant club facilitating the Pay-Per-View access.
• The winner’s details (name and geographical location) will be made available in publicity related activity or to those who wish to find out who the winner is.
• The Promoter will only use personal data submitted by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available by clicking here.

Brand Protection

• The winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or any of the Associates into disrepute before, during or after this promotion.
