Rules to enter Papa Johns’ Valentine’s Day Sweetheart giveaway.

 

Introduction 

  • These are the rules for the Papa John’s competition to win a unique voucher code worth £3.99 to order a Sweetheart online or via the Papa Johns app between Friday 9th February 2024 – Wednesday 14th February 2024.

 

How to enter the Competition? 

  • Follow Papa John’s UK page on Twitter or Instagram (@papajohnsuk)
  • Send a screenshot of a recent breakup text that you’ve received to @papajohnsuk on Instagram or Twitter via direct messages. 
  • Like and comment a ❤️‍🩹 emoji on the competition post 
  • By submitting their entry, the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding this competition 
  • Unlimited entries per account allowed for follower 
  • Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted 
  • All entries must be entered between 14.00 on Friday 9th February 2024 and 14.00 on Wednesday 14th February 2024.
  • Dates applicable for entering the competition: Friday 9th February 2024 and Wednesday 14th February 2024.

 

The Prize 

  • Prize to be fulfilled by Papa John’s (GB) Ltd 
  • The promoter will select 100 winners to receive a unique voucher code worth £3.99 to spend online or via the Papa Johns app
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash

 

Who can enter? 

  • The Promotion is open to residents who participate in England, Wales and Scotland, aged 18 years or over
  • Proof of identity and age may be required 
  • Employees of Papa John’s UK Ltd (the Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) and their immediate families are not allowed to enter. 

 

What is the closing date? 

  • The closing date for competition submissions is 14:00 on Wednesday 14th February 2024.

 

How will the winners be chosen? 

  • The winners will be selected at random from all of the entrants made. 
  • The Promoter will respond to the winner via direct message with a unique voucher code worth £3.99. 

 

How will the winner be notified? 

  • The winners will be announced on Papa John’s Twitter and Instagram accounts by 16:00 on Wednesday 2nd February.
  • The promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winners via comments under the competition post and direct message 
  • Proof of identity and age may be required 

 

Post Promotion Publicity 

  • The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion with no further recompense. 
  • By sharing a screenshot of a recent break-up text with the Promoter via direct message, the winner allows the Promoter to reshare the screenshot for marketing purposes in relation to this Promotion. I.e. via social media. 

 

Substitution of Prize 

  • Substitution or transfer of the Prize by the winner is not permitted. 
  • No other alternative prize available, in whole or in part. 

 

Your Privacy 

  • By entering the competition, you are giving consent to use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this promotion 
  • By entering the competition, you are giving consent to your breakup message being reshared across Papa Johns’ social channels. 
  • The winner’s details (name and geographical location) will be made available in publicity related activity or to those who wish to find out who the winner is
  • The Promoter will only use personal data submitted by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available by clicking here www.papajohns.co.uk/content/privacy-statement.aspx 

 

Brand Protection 

  • The winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or any of the Associates into disrepute before, during or after this promotion

  • The Promoter’s decision on all aspects of this promotion is final. 
  • The Promoter has the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes has broken any of these rules.
